Is CBD Legal?
Yes CBD is legal. Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp has been made federally legal. Everything sold from MoonLight Kush will have less than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC, the legal requirement to classify cannabus as hemp.
If Delta-8 is legal, why can't you ship to all states
Unfortunately, since Delta-8 THC can get you high. Some states have banned the sale of Delta-8 THC. We will monitor laws that will enable us to be able to sell to the states where Delta-8 is no longer legal.
What is the difference between delta 8 & delta-9 THC?
Can I pass a drug test using CBD or Delta-8 THC
The difference between Delta-8 THC and Delta-9 THC is the placement in there double bond structure. Delta-8 has a double bond on the eighth carbon while Delta-9 has a double bond on the ninth carbon. Weird science terms aside, they will both get you high. What makes Delta-8 legal is its presence in Hemp. Since Delta-8 can be extracted from Hemp it is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
To be transparent we cannot say you will pass your drug test. Hemp can still have 0.3% Delta-9 THC. That little bit of THC can trigger a failure in a drug test. Play it safe and do not consume hemp if you have a drug test coming up.
